CAVIT is proud to offer eight programs for the 2018–2019 school year that include Cosmetology, Dental Assistant, Fire Science, Law Enforcement, Massage Therapy, Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant, and Veterinary Assistant.
Yes. 81% of our students go on to a two or four-year college after completing their program at CAVIT. Many of our students will graduate from college with an advanced degree.
Yes. Six of our programs qualify for dual enrollment credit through Central Arizona College and/or Pima Community College. There is no cost for this credit! Credit is earned in the advanced class of each program. Adult students are ineligible to receive dual enrollment college credit.
Yes. We have a large number of student athletes, band members, and student council members attending CAVIT.
No. We make sure that students get back to their home schools for special programs and activities. In fact, sometimes the home schools will run the buses early so that CAVIT students will be able to attend.
No. Some of our students drive their vehicles to CAVIT, providing they have submitted all required forms.
Yes. However, students that come to us for more than one year earn more credits and receive more skilled training.
